Express Yourself

Do you journal? If not you totally should. I have found it so therapeutic. I journal about absolutely every thing and I am a huge advocate for writing down your thoughts and expressing your inner feelings. There are NO RULES, its amazing.  I have to retire this journal and it is bittersweet.. I had clung to it during the entire recording process last year. There are no more pages left for me to write down lyrics, thoughts, or quotes. It will sit on my desk and will be merely a decorative piece to others but for me… it has a piece of me. I am sure there are some moments in this book that are embarrassing, dorky, or tooooo transparent.. but isn’t that the point? To be 100% yourself in this little book?

Little Creatures

Many people have asked what the story is behind the creatures posted on my Physical cd as well as on the site. There isn’t much of one other than that I wanted them apart of something.

Jared always doodles and I found this lying on the drafting table. I said to myself “I’ve got to have them somewhere”… they are so cute!

Reminiscing

These fun little photos are from my phone and are from our photo shoot with Stephen Hunton. My dear friend Sarah has helped me every step of the way. She did my make up and was an amazing assistant! If you ever need someone like her give her a shout! We shot from 9am to 9pm back in November at our friends studio Whisper Productions. They let us use their 7200 sq ft studio and the 150 acres of land ::amazing:: … long day yet SO MUCH FUN..

itunes

soooo, many of you have asked about itunes.. will my music be on itunes?..

the answer is yes! :)

Due to the distribution process they say it will take 2 weeks to 5 months for your music to be processed on music sites such as itunes, amazon, rhapsody.. ect.. They also don’t inform you of when it has been uploaded onto these sites.. therefore I didn’t want that to dictate when I chose to release my ep. I will announce as soon as it is on itunes! :D Can’t wait!
